Joining Pakistan navy as a Sailor in year twenty twenty-four is not just simple procedure consisting of several steps but rather complicated multistage event where candidates will need to meet various requirements including passing test bylaws etcetera. This recruitment process consists of four stages which are listed below:
Age and Educational Requirements
For both males and females wishing to apply for Pak Navy jobs 2024, an applicant must be aged 17-21 years. For technical sailor branch age limit is between 16-20. Besides, he/she should have done Matric Science (Grade-10) Group with at least 65% marks.
Physical Fitness Standards
Physical fitness is one of the most important requirements when joining Pak Navy as a Sailor. Candidates must comply with these physical standards:
- Height: Five Feet Four Inches (162.5cm)
- Weight: According to Body Mass Index (BMI) guidelines
- Vision: Six over six in both eyes (without glasses)
- Chest: Normal 31 inches (78cm) and after expansion 33 inches (83cm)
- Nationality and Marital Status

Initial Online Registration
The beginning point or stage involves online registration through Pakistan navy official website joinpaknavy.gov.pk. Online registration for Batch A-2024 (Marine) and C-2024 (General Service) will start from 19 May, 2024 and last date for submission of application is 02 June, 2024. Candidates are to complete online application form and upload recent photo graph along with other mandatory documents.
Entrance Test Details
After the completion of online registration process candidates shall be called for entrance test. The entrance test include Intelligence, Academic and Subject tests. The candidates should study Pakistan Navy’s website joinpaknavy.gov.pk by using an entrance test material available.
Interview and Medical Examination
Those candidates who qualify the entrance test will be called for interview and medical examination. Interview would be conducted in order to judge candidate’s personality traits, communication skills as well as motivation behind joining Pakistan navy while medical examination would ensure physical and mental fitness of the individual intending to join Pakistan navy.
Final Selection
Following interview and medical exam, final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in ET, interview & medical exam. Selected candidates would receive e-mail at their registered email address requiring them to report on given date at training center.
